Warranty Policy
* The warranty is a standard 12 month period commencing the date of the APTOLUTION invoice.
* Before you send any RMA back to repair, please complete the RMA form and get an RMA number.
* Please show the RMA number on the outside carton of the faulty units.
* Before you send back the RMA, please make sure the faulty units are well-packed and well-protected.
* Warranty does not cover any damages by accident, natural disaster, neglect, misuse or improper use of the equipment

Death on Arrival (DOA)
* If the damaged product on arrival within 1 week, APTOLUTION will bear for two-way freight charges.
* APTOLUTION will forward the replacement immediately
Return Materials Authorization (RMA) under warranty
* APTOLUTION will bear one-way freight charge. (for the repaired unit return)
* Please return unit to APTOLUTION for repair
* APTOLUTION will repair customer appointed problem, and do the whole unit functional test before ship it back.
Return Materials Authorization (RMA) out of warranty
* Customer will bear two-way freight and repairing charges.
* Repairing charges depends on each faulty unit. APTOLUTION will inform the charges to customer before repairing.
Overseas RMA
* Shipping costs for DOA return or RMA will be the Customer’s responsibly for both ways.
Warranty Extension
* At the time of purchase, customers have the option of purchasing the extended warranty.
* The cost of the extension one more year warranty (from standard 1 years to 2 years) is 15% of the unit price.
* The cost of the extension for warranty in year 3 is 20% of the unit price.
* The price includes all parts and labor, but excludes any freight charges. Shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
Returned, Incorrect & Cancel Orders
* Returned items or cancel orders and incorrect orders by customer are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items can only be returned within a period of 30 days of purchase
* APTOLUTION is subject to charge a restocking fee surcharge of Canadian $100.00 for each unit.
* Customer will bear the freight charges.
Returned Units (for Incorrect / Cancel Order and Sample Unit)
* If any of returned items got damaged or surface scratched, APTOLUTION will charge 20% of unit price
* If any of returned items have parts missing, such as cables, power adapter and power cord, mounting brackets…etc, APTOLUTION will charge the parts cost.
