Ordering and Shipment Information
When you order from Aptolution you will get the best service available.
Orders received before 2 PM EST will be processed on the same day, and in most cases will be shipped the same day.
Orders received after 2 PM EST will be processed the same day but probably will not be shipped until the next day.
Your card will be charged the day your order is processed.
International Orders will take longer to ship in most cases as they are specially processed.
Most of our vendors follow these same guidelines and ship out your order the same day but some of our vendors take 1-2 business days to process the order.
Please take this into consideration when deciding on a shipping method.
When you place your order you will be email an invoice. On that invoice there will be a link that you can click to view the status of your order. If you have any more questions about your order you can also email at info@aptolution.com and we will respond as quickly as possible.

Shipping Information
Aptolution currently offers a variety of shipping methods such as :
- Ground (3 - 9 Business Days)
- 3 Day Select
- 2nd Day Air
- Next Day Air
- International (All Orders From Any Country Other Than The Unites States and Canada Must Use This Option or UPS WorldWide Express)
- UPS WorldWide Express
- Customer Shipping Account
When you provide your shipping address please make sure it is a physical address (No PO Boxes Please) and is valid. Also make sure there is a phone number where you can be reached during the day in case there is a delivery problem. All prices are our very best estimates but that is what they are, estimates. If the actual shipping charge is significantly larger than the estimated shipping, we will increase the shipping charge and contact you before processing the order. If you do not respond, we can not process the order. All Prices subject to variation.
International Orders
Aptolution is more than happy to ship anywhere in the world. We can only accept orders from verifiable companies. Orders placed by individuals for themselves can not be accepted. Due to the nature of international orders it will take more time for the following reasons:
- We have to verify that you are who you say you are to ensure proper payment is made
- If we don't have the part here we have to have it shipped here before we can ship it to you, and
- All International Shipments are sent via Fedex, DHL or UPS. Shipping time varies between 4-14 business days depending on where you are located.
- We accept payment for International Orders by Wire Transfer.
- To pay by Credit Card, simply place your order online. In order to process International Credit Card Orders we require that you either email a picture or fax both sides of the credit card you used and a copy of a photo ID or passport to us. You will only need to send this in one time. Once you are verified all orders will be processed when received. Please send emails to info@aptolution.com and faxes to 416 907 4775.
- To pay by wire transfer, put all the items you want into the shopping basket and start to checkout. You will soon be emailed with the total and the Wire Transfer information.
NOTE: All base prices are in Canadian Dollars and all applicable brokerage fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
All International order MUST be shipped to the Bill To address. You can expect your delivery anywhere from 4-14 business days after ordering due to many variables. If you have any questions please feel free to email info@aptolution.com with any questions you may have.
Canadian Shipments are subject to, G.S.T., P.S.T. and other import taxes which will be collected by the driver upon delivery. Aptolution has no control over these charges and does not collect them. These charges are based on the value of the product in Canadian dollars.
